Family Friendly Ski Resorts!

Family Friendly Ski Resorts!

‘Tis the season to go skiing or so it seems. Every time I open up Facebook one of my friends is on a ski trip or has been on a ski trip or is planning to go on one!

22872e15-2aef-4c30-aca3-bb9c46c6b90bWe all know that there are an abundance of resorts to choose from, so many in fact you start to wonder how to begin the decision making process. With all of those factors in mind, we have complied a list of ski resorts that are sure to please everyone in your family.

Located in Colorado, the Beaver Creek Resort has everything that your family could dream of. We love the fact that the children’s area of the slopes don’t require multiple lifts, it is very manageable for your little ones. The lodging offered is absolutely fantastic, not sparing an ounce of luxury!

The Jay Peak Resort in Vermont offers so much more than just skiing. With a huge indoor water park and a wealth of different lodging options, this resort is going to please most everyone in your family! This resort is a four seasons resort meaning that they offer activities year round!

Steamboat Springs, located in Colorado, is a family’s dream! They offer lots of activites (beyond just skiing). Horse drawn carriage ride anyone? They also offer (like most of the other resorts) ski school for the little ones! Their accommodations are breath-taking and offer amazing views!

Bretton Woods in New Hampshire offers a children’s program called Hobbit Children’s Ski and Snowboard school. Don’t worry parents, there is lots of fun to be had for grown ups .as well! The dining is out of this world and lodging options are sure to please everyone on your list!

Have you and your family gone skiing? Where do you enjoy hitting the slopes?
