The resort is open year round but the main attraction takes place during prime skiing season.

Spruce Peak, Vermont

Big Sky Resort – Montana

Jay Peak Resort – Vermont

At Jay Peak Resort in Vermont, they boast that about half of their lodging is ski in/ski out.

A special attraction of Jay Peak Resort is the fact that they have an indoor waterpark. Complete with a flowrider, a kid’s play area and of course waterslides!

Grand Targhee Resort – Wyoming

Located in the Grand Teton range the resort offers cozy lodging for families and small groups.

Amenities that are offered to those staying at the resort include:  ski & bike demo/rentals, mountain activities, heated outdoor saltwater pool, hot tub, spa and laundry facilities.

And as a very sweet bonus, it is close enough to go and visit both Grand Teton and Yellowstone.
