Accommodations at Lake Rudolph Campgrounds

Whether you want to tent camp, bring your own RV or camper, or rent one of the campers or cabins on site, you will find that Lake Rudolph can accommodate your camping needs. With hundreds of sites to choose from, Lake Rudolph can accommodate even the largest of families or parties looking for a fun camping experience. We had the opportunity to stay in one of the new Rudolph Christmas cabins, and found them to be spacious, clean, and well accommodating. These cabins include AC/Heat, a faux fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen complete with dishware, a full bath, a spacious bedroom with a King bed, a super fun loft with four twin mattresses on one side and a queen mattress on the other side, three flat screen TVs with cable, and a covered deck with gas grill.

The cabin was perfect for our family and quite comfortable. It literally contained everything we needed for our stay except for blankets and towels, making packing for our trip quite easy. We loved having the full kitchen, as we were able to enjoy cooking breakfast each morning and whipping up a snack at night! We found the cabin area quiet, relaxing, and just a quick walk to the other amenities.

Things to do while staying at Lake Rudolph.

You will find no shortage of activities during your stay, most of which don’t even require you to leave the property. For a small fee, you can enjoy Santa’s Splashdown Water Park or mine for your own gems. Or, enjoy the complimentary Blitzen Bay swimming pool or miniature golf course. There is also a splash pad, jungle gyms, basketball courts, and so many other free amenities to keep you active.

And because you can’t be named Lake Rudolph without being on a lake, it is well worth walking down to see the actual Lake Rudolph where you can rent paddle boats, kayaks, or even fish from the freshly added stock!

Should you get hungry during your stay you can enjoy a full camp store complete with assorted snacks and groceries, Krispy Kreme donuts, toiletries, gift items and more. You can also purchase your Holiday World and Splashin Safari tickets here as well as get information about the parks in general. Blitzen Kitchen also offers freshly baked pizza, pretzels, funnel cake, corn dog bites, and the most delicious ice cream assortment. You can have pizza delivered directly to your campsite, or enjoy the outdoor seating area for a quick bite.

Getting around Lake Rudolph

Getting around the campground is easy, as golf carts are available for rental and quite popular. Look forward to a weekly golf cart parade as well! Shuttles run about every 20 minutes to Holiday World and Splashin Safari which is literally right next door to the campgrounds, so there is no need to drive over and park. A friendly shuttle driver will come and pick you up from the designated spot, and drop you off right at the front door of the theme park. Shuttles also arrive at the theme park about every twenty minutes to return you to the camp when your day of fun is over.
