Every year my kids come home from school with tales of all of the naughty things that their friends leprechaun’s have done. First of all, I didn’t know that we were doing the leprechaun thing. Did I miss the memo somewhere along the way?
Regardless, I am succumbing to peer pressure this year and indulging my children. I don’t mind, assuming I don’t have to 1) get too crafty. and 2) spend very much money.
So this is easy (assuming you can easily find the spray) but I believe that I have seen it at Wal-Mart. If you have a Hobby Lobby near you that is also a great bet.
I absolutely love this idea for green milk and lucky charms that we found here on Pintrest. In fact, I am making a note to pick up some Lucky Charms on my way home from work tonight. Hey, I might have the ideas but that doesn’t mean I have everything all together!
Grab some chocolate gold coins (my local grocery has them for $1 and each bag has about 10 or 15 coins . I like to hide them around my house and have my kids hunt for them. I do however mark the coins with their first initial because ain’t no body has time for fights over coins.
I hope this helps spark some creative thoughts for St. Patrick’s day while alleviating stress! I would love to hear what you come up with for your own kiddos, be sure to share with us in the comments!

I totally missed the st. Pat's memo. When i was a teacher the leprechaun visited our room during recess and made a tiny mess. But that was it! Come link up! http://www.akreativewhim.com/potty-training-dropout/
