Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add food coloring, a drop at a time until your desired color is reached. (For this recipe, we made it a pale pastel green.)
Add rice krispies and pretzel sticks. Stir.
Add coconut flakes and stir.
Add mixture to a mini donut tin, either sprayed with cooking spray or lightly buttered. Use buttered fingers or waxed paper to press into donut holes. Cover the “hole” part as well.
Let set about 20 minutes at room temperature, or 5 minutes in the fridge.
Remove from tin and flip over.
Add jelly beans (or pastel M&M's) to the middle.
